Working Principle
The main contact of the DAM3-250 MCCB can be operated manually or electrically. Once closed, the free-release mechanism secures the main contact in its position. The overcurrent trip coil and thermal trip element are designed in series with the main circuit, while the undervoltage trip coil is connected in parallel with the power supply. This configuration ensures precise and reliable operation under varying electrical conditions.
