Working principle
The operational dynamics of the DAM3-1600 molded case circuit breaker involve either manual or electric closing of the main contact. Once closed, the sophisticated free release mechanism ensures the main contact remains securely in the closed position. The integral overcurrent trip coil and thermal trip element are meticulously connected in series with the main circuit, while the undervoltage trip coil maintains a parallel connection with the power supply, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.
