The DAM3-1600 molded case circuit breaker operates through manual or electric closure of the main contact. Once closed, the free release mechanism secures the main contact in its position. The overcurrent trip coil and thermal trip element are integrated in series with the main circuit, while the undervoltage trip coil is connected in parallel with the power supply, ensuring comprehensive protection.
