Working Principle
The main contact of the DAM3-1600 molded case circuit breaker can be operated manually or electrically. Once closed, the free release mechanism secures the main contact in the closed position. Integral to the main circuit, the overcurrent trip coil and thermal trip element ensure safety. The undervoltage trip coil, in parallel with the power supply, further enhances operational reliability.
