The DAM2 (CM1) series MCCB boasts a rated insulation voltage of 800V. It is designed for AC distribution networks of 50Hz / 60Hz, with a rated working voltage of 690V and a rated current of up to 1250A. This breaker excels in power distribution and protecting circuits and equipment from damage caused by overload, short-circuit, under-voltage, and other electrical faults. Additionally, it supports infrequent circuit conversions, motor startups, and isolation. The DAM2 MCCB can be installed both vertically and horizontally, adhering to the IEC60947-2 standard for low-voltage switchgear and control equipment, Part 2: circuit breakers.
1. Ambient air temperature: -5ºC to +40ºC, with a 24-hour average not exceeding +35ºC.

1.1 Shunt Release
Rated Control Supply Voltage for Shunt Release: AC50Hz, 230V, 400V; DC110V, 220V, 24V. Reliable circuit breaker operation is ensured when within 70%-110% voltage range.
For DC24V Shunt Release: Maximum length of copper wire must meet specified requirements.

If requirements are unmet, refer to the recommended shunt release control circuit diagram.
1.2 Under-Voltage Release
Operation Range: When power supply voltage drops to 70%-35% of rated voltage, the under-voltage release ensures circuit breaker disconnects reliably.
Below 35% Voltage: The under-voltage release prevents the circuit breaker from closing.
Above 85% Voltage: The under-voltage release ensures the circuit breaker closes effectively. Rated at AC50Hz, 230V, 400V.
Special Note: Circuit breakers with undervoltage release can only operate normally within the rated voltage range.
1.3 Pre-Paid Meter Dedicated Release
The rated operating voltage (Ue) of our pre-paid meter dedicated release is AC230/50Hz, seamlessly operating within a range of 65% to 110% Ue. In the event of Ctrl being cut off, the circuit breaker will delay opening for a period ranging from 0.5s to 2s.
