Thermal-Magnetic Circuit Breakers:

Thermal Protection Function: (Provides superior protection under overload conditions)
The advanced bimetal mechanism in our breakers, which forms the core of the thermal protection, is composed of two metals with distinct thermal expansion coefficients. Upon heating, the bimetallic component flexes towards the metal with the lower expansion rate, triggering a notch that facilitates the opening of the breaker mechanism. The bending speed is directly proportional to the current flow, ensuring that overcurrent situations are promptly addressed by this reliable thermal protection system.
Magnetic Protection Function:For protection under short circuit conditions, our breakers are equipped with ahighly responsive mechanism to safeguardconnected circuits from short circuits. Short circuits often result fromphase-to-phase contact or phase-to-ground contact. In such events,an extremely high current flows throughthe cables. To prevent damage, the system's energymust be promptly disconnected, andthermal protection alone is insufficient. An instantaneousresponse is required to shield the load,which our breakers ensure.
