These circuit breakers are fully compliant with the rigorous standards of EN 60947-1 and EN 60947-2, guaranteeing top-notch reliability and safety.

Thermal-Magnetic Circuit Breakers:

Thermal Protection Function: (Designed to safeguard against overload conditions)
The bimetal component, which provides thermal protection, is crafted from two metals with distinct expansion rates when heated. As the bimetal heats up, it bends towards the metal with a lower expansion rate, triggering a notch that facilitates the breaker mechanism's disengagement, thereby disabling the breaker. The bending rate of the bimetal is directly proportional to the current passing through the breaker, with higher currents generating more heat. This ensures effective overcurrent protection when load currents exceed the rated levels.
Magnetic Protection Function:(Engineered for protection against short circuit conditions) Another crucial function of the breaker is tosafeguard the connected circuit against shortcircuits. These incidents may stem fromphase-to-phase contact orphase-to-ground contact. Given theenormous current surge through cables during a short circuit, the system'senergy must be interrupted instantaneously toavoid thermal damage. The breaker mustexecute rapid disconnection to protect the loadit is connected to.
