Meticulously designed for operational actuation and effective tripping of electric circuit parts, these circuit breakers are ideal for electric units operating within a voltage cap of 400V and a rated current spectrum ranging from 12.5 to 1600A.

Thermal-Magnetic Circuit Breakers:

Thermal protection function: (Ensuring safety under overload conditions)
The bimetal component, an ingenious thermal protection element, is crafted from two metals exhibiting different expansion coefficients when heated. Upon sufficient heating, this bimetallic strip elegantly bends towards the metal with a lower expansion rate. This bending action liberates a notch that triggers the breaker mechanism, thereby disabling the breaker. The bimetal's bending velocity directly correlates with the current's magnitude traversing the breaker, as elevated current levels generate increased heat. This mechanism ensures that overload protection is effectively fulfilled by the bimetal when load currents exceed the rated threshold. Magnetic protection function (Ensuring safety under short circuit conditions) An additional critical function of the breaker is to safeguard the connected circuit against short circuits. These anomalies may arise from the contact between phases or between a phase and the ground. In such scenarios, an exorbitant current surges through the cables, necessitating an immediate interruption of system energy, facilitated by the thermal protection mechanism. To avert damage due to high current, a rapid response from the breaker is essential, achieving instantaneous opening to shield the connected load. This vital function is executed by a mechanical opening mechanism, which is activated by the exceptional magnetization induced by the magnetic field forged by the short circuit current.
