Integral to its design, the 'molded case' is a robust plastic insulator that encapsulates the device frame, ensuring the insulation of conductors and safeguarding against metal grounding exposure.

Working Principle
At the heart of the DAM3-1600's operation is a sophisticated mechanism where the main contact is engaged either manually or electrically. Once engaged, a free release mechanism secures it in the closed position. In this state, the overcurrent trip coil, along with the thermal trip element, is serially integrated with the main circuit, while the undervoltage trip coil is strategically aligned in parallel with the power supply.
